Rhea-AI Filing Summary

Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. announced that it would host its 2026 Investor Day on October 1, 2026. Executive Chairman Woods Staton, Chief Executive Officer Luis Raganato and other senior managers were to present the company’s long-term growth strategy and financial framework, including expectations for total revenue and Adjusted EBITDA growth, restaurant openings and total capital expenditures from 2027 through 2030. Presentations were scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. ET, followed by a live question-and-answer session; webcast access, slides and a later replay were available through the Investor Relations website.

Arcos Dorados describes its operation as comprising more than 2,500 restaurants in 21 countries and territories, with more than 100,000 employees as of June 30, 2026. The company identifies Adjusted EBITDA as a non-GAAP measure and says its forward-looking growth ambition was not reconciled to the most directly comparable GAAP measure because necessary information was unavailable without unreasonable effort.

Adjusted EBITDA financial
"expectations for total revenue and Adjusted EBITDA growth"
Adjusted EBITDA is a way companies measure how much money they make from their core operations, like running a business, by removing certain costs or income that aren’t part of regular business activities. It helps investors see how well a company is doing without distractions from unusual expenses or gains, making it easier to compare companies or track performance over time.
non-GAAP financial measure financial
"Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP financial measure"
A non-GAAP financial measure is a way companies present their financial results that excludes certain expenses or income to show how they believe their core business is performing. It matters because it can give a clearer picture of how the company is really doing, but it can also be used to make results look better than they actually are.
forward-looking statements regulatory
"This press release contains forward-looking statements"
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.
