Item 1 Comment: This Amendment No. 9 to Schedule 13D relates to shares of Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the "Common Stock"), of AerSale Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Issuer") and amends and supplements the Schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on December 3, 2020, as amended by Amendment No. 1 to Schedule 13D, filed with the SEC on April 2, 2021, Amendment No. 2 to Schedule 13D, filed with the SEC on April 20, 2021, Amendment No. 3 to Schedule 13D filed with the SEC on October 26, 2021, Amendment No. 4 to Schedule 13D filed with the SEC on August 23, 2022, Amendment No. 5 to Schedule 13D filed with the SEC on November 22, 2022, Amendment No. 6 to Schedule 13D filed with the SEC on June 2, 2023, Amendment No. 7 to Schedule 13D filed with the SEC on December 19, 2023 and Amendment No. 8 to Schedule 13D filed with the SEC on March 18, 2025 (collectively, the "Schedule 13D").
