(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing Paul Mann the founder and Executive Chairman of the Company, will resume his role as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and continue as Executive Chairman, effective January 19, 2026, after a temporary leave of absence. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference, other than the fourth paragraph of the press release.
