conditions precedent regulatory
"following the satisfaction of all conditions precedent under the agreement"
Conditions precedent are the specific tasks, approvals, or facts that must be satisfied before a contract or transaction becomes effective or a payment is made. Think of them as a checklist you must complete before turning the key on a new machine; if items are missing the deal can be delayed, renegotiated, or canceled. Investors watch these conditions because they determine timing, completion risk, and whether expected benefits will actually occur.
loan facility financial
"was financed through a loan facility arranged when ASUR submitted its offer"
A loan facility is a formal agreement with a bank or lender that lets a company borrow money up to a set limit under agreed terms — like a large credit card or mortgage tailored for a business. It matters to investors because it determines how easily a company can get cash for operations, growth or debt repayment, and influences interest costs, leverage and any lender-imposed rules that can affect future strategy and risk.
concessions regulatory
"a portfolio of concessions to operate, maintain, and develop 16 airports"
Concessions are deliberate incentives or compromises offered by a seller, issuer, or underwriter—such as price discounts, extra shares, fee reductions, or other sweeteners—to make an investment or transaction more attractive. Like a store marking down an item to entice buyers, concessions matter to investors because they lower expected returns or signal weaker demand, changing the true cost, value and risk of the deal.
public–private partnership regulatory
"completed a public–private partnership under the FAA Pilot Program"
A public–private partnership is a formal agreement where a government agency and a private company share responsibility for delivering, funding, operating, or maintaining a public project or service—such as roads, hospitals, or utilities—with risks, payments and duties split between them. It matters to investors because these deals create long-term contracts and revenue streams tied to government objectives and performance, while also exposing returns to political, regulatory and operational risks—like a private firm jointly running a public asset under a multi-year lease.
Corporate Sustainability Index financial
"included in the B3 Corporate Sustainability Index for 14 years"
