Closing remains subject to customary conditions precedent, including TSXV approval. Gold X2 also completed its acquisition of all rights, title and interests in the Coldstream Claims mineral exploration property in Ontario.

The 2026 updated NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate for the Moss and East Coldstream Deposits lists 2.458 million ounces of Indicated gold resources at 1.04 g/t in 73.8 million tonnes and 4.209 million ounces of Inferred gold resources at 0.97 g/t in 134.7 million tonnes. Indicated silver resources 3.160 million ounces Moss Deposit; 1.53 g/t Ag within 64.3 million tonnes
Inferred silver resources 6.273 million ounces Moss Deposit; 1.55 g/t Ag within 125.9 million tonnes
NSR royalty technical
"2.00% NSR royalty on all Canadian Critical Minerals"
A net smelter return (NSR) royalty is a payment to a rights holder equal to a fixed percentage of the money a mine actually receives from selling refined metal, after the costs of turning ore into a saleable product are taken out. Think of it like a toll collected on each shipment after it’s been cleaned and sold. For investors, NSR royalties matter because they create a steady revenue stream with lower operational risk for the royalty holder, while reducing the owner-operator’s share of project cash flow and affecting project valuation.
NI 43-101 regulatory
"NI 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects"
A Canadian regulatory standard that sets the rules for how mining and exploration companies must report mineral resources and reserves, requiring technical reports prepared or signed off by an independent, certified expert. It matters to investors because it creates a consistent, transparent “inspection report” for mining projects, making it easier to compare prospects, judge the reliability of claims, and assess geological and financial risk before investing.
mineral resource estimate (MRE) technical
"2026 updated National Instrument 43-101 ... mineral resource estimate (MRE)"
A mineral resource estimate (MRE) is a calculated report of how much mineral material likely exists in a deposit and its average quality, based on sampling and geological data. Investors use it like a rough inventory and quality check for a potential mine — it helps gauge the scale and value while highlighting uncertainty and the need for further studies before any production or revenue can be assumed.
preliminary economic assessment (PEA) technical
"Results of a preliminary economic assessment (PEA)"
A preliminary economic assessment (PEA) is an early-stage study that shows whether a proposed mining or resource project could make money by estimating likely production levels, costs, and returns using accessible but limited data. It matters to investors because a PEA acts like a rough business plan or feasibility snapshot: it highlights potential value, capital needs and main risks so investors can decide whether to fund further, more detailed work or walk away.
Indicated technical
"2.458 million ounces of Indicated gold resources"
Indicated describes a medical use or patient group for which a drug, device, or treatment has been shown or authorized to work; it's like a label that says which problem the product is meant to fix. For investors, a new or expanded indication can directly change a product’s potential sales and market size, similar to a store adding a new aisle of goods that attracts more customers.
Inferred technical
"4.209 million ounces of Inferred gold resources"
Inferred means a conclusion or piece of information drawn from available clues rather than directly observed or confirmed. For investors, an inference is like reading a weather forecast from cloud patterns: it helps form expectations about a company’s performance or risks when hard data is missing, but it carries uncertainty and should be weighed alongside verified facts.
