Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. informs that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held today, approved to summon an extraordinary meeting of its General Shareholders’ Assembly for the purpose of deliberating and determining the voting position to be adopted at the extraordinary General Shareholders’ Assembly of Banco de Bogotá scheduled for November 26, regarding the relevant matters related to the potential sale of 99.56906% of the shares of Multi Financial Group, Inc. by Multi Financial Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of Banco de Bogotá, to BAC International Corporation, a subsidiary of BHI, and the possible waiver of potential conflicts of interest.

The notice of meeting will be issued in accordance with the provisions of the Corporate Bylaws and applicable law.
