Armstrong World Industries has completed the acquisition of Eventscape, Inc., a design and fabrication company specializing in complex, custom architectural features such as ceilings, feature walls and facades. Eventscape operates from Toronto and New York and delivers turnkey solutions from design through installation.

Eventscape generated approximately $30 million in revenue in 2025 and employs about 150 architects, designers, engineers and fabricators. The deal strengthens Armstrong’s Architectural Specialties portfolio alongside prior acquisitions like Zahner, Arktura, Turf and 3form.

The company notes that Eventscape’s material-agnostic, parametric design and advanced fabrication capabilities complement Armstrong’s interior and exterior architectural applications business, which produced $1.4 billion in revenue in 2024. Insights

Armstrong adds a niche, higher-end design and fabrication platform via a relatively small bolt-on deal.

Armstrong World Industries has acquired Eventscape, a custom architectural features specialist with about $30 million in 2025 revenue. Eventscape’s design-to-installation model and material-agnostic approach broaden Armstrong’s Architectural Specialties offerings in ceilings, walls and facades.

The buyer funded the acquisition with available cash and its revolving credit facility, so no new equity is mentioned. Relative to Armstrong’s $1.4 billion of 2024 revenue, Eventscape is modest in scale, suggesting a bolt-on rather than transformative deal.

Strategically, the transaction deepens Armstrong’s presence in high-design commercial projects and follows earlier additions like Zahner, Arktura, Turf and 3form. Future company filings may clarify any margin effects, integration progress and the growth trajectory of Eventscape within the broader Architectural Specialties portfolio.
