São Paulo, January 21, 2026 - BRASKEM S.A. (B3: BRKM3, BRKM5 and BRKM6; NYSE: BAK; LATIBEX: XBRK) ("Company"), in compliance with Article 12 of CVM Resolution 44/21, hereby inform its shareholders and the market that it received correspondence from Mr. Victor Adler, an individual investor, lawyer, registered with the OAB/RJ under number 21.439, inscribed in the roll of individual taxpayer registry (CPF) under number 203.840.097-00, informs that, as a result of operations carried out on the share exchange up to January 16, 2026, he acquired 24,000 class “B” preferred shares representing 5.013% of the total class “B” preferred shares issued by the Company. Mr. Victor Adler also informed that the objective of the acquisition and participation is strictly of investment.
