Explanation of Responses:

1. This amendment is to correct the number of securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Person on December 31, 2019. Thus, the number of securities beneficially owned as reported in Table I, Column 5 of the most recently Form 4 filed on June 10, 2025 for the Reporting Person is similarly overstated by 6,189. As of June 30, 2025, the Reporting Person beneficially owns 37,096 shares of Class A Common Stock through direct ownership.
