WALNUT CREEK, California, August 19, 2026 – BayCom Corp (NASDAQ: BCML) (“BayCom” or the “Company”), the parent company of United Business Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on October 8, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 10, 2026.
