(the "Company") accelerated the vesting of 37,092 restricted stock units ("RSUs"), which each represented a contingent right to receive one share of the Company's Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share ("Class A Common Stock"), granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, previously held by the reporting person into an equal number of shares of the Company's Class A Common Stock.
