ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. announced today that it has postponed its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2026 Annual Meeting”), previously scheduled to be held on November 13, 2026.
The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on December 21, 2026.
