ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. announced today that it has postponed its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2025 Annual Meeting”), previously scheduled to be held on July 30, 2025.
The 2025 Annual Meeting will be held on December 15, 2025.
