On Feb. 4, 2026, Black Hills Corporation ("the Company") issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025.
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K. A copy of the Company's presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this report.
