On February 2, 2026, Blackboxstocks Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2025 Annual Meeting”). The following matters were submitted to a vote of the Company’s stockholders at the 2025 Annual Meeting: (i) the election of five directors to serve until the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders or until their successors are duly elected and qualified; and (ii) the ratification of the appointment of Victor Mokuolu CPA PLLC as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
