"Mr. Boor joined the Board as a Class A director, and his term will expire"
A Class A director is a member of a company’s board chosen under a specific category of directors that carries particular voting rights, term length, or selection rules. Think of it like a reserved seat at a table with its own rules: who can fill it, how long they stay, and how much say they have. Investors care because these distinctions affect who controls decisions, corporate stability, and how easily the board can change after shareholders push for new leadership.

This change can impact how the company is run and may influence its future direction. For investors, it matters because it can affect the company's stability, strategy, and value, often signaling potential changes in investment risk or opportunity.

"and reimburse COBRA premiums for him for up to 12 months"
equity incentive bonus financial
"his annual equity incentive bonus target is 75% of his annual base salary"
