(the “Company”) appointed Johnathan Daniel to serve as interim Chief Accounting Officer of the Company during Corbyn Lichon’s maternity leave. Effective September 21, 2026, (i) Corbyn Lichon resumed her role as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company and (ii) Mr. Daniel ceased serving as interim Chief Accounting Officer of the Company and resumed his role as Executive Director of Finance of the Company.
No compensatory arrangements were entered into or modified in connection with Ms. Lichon’s return to her duties or the cessation of Mr. Daniel’s interim appointment.
