(the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to depart from the Company in order to pursue other professional opportunities. Mr. Brasseur’s final date of employment will be February 17, 2026. Mr. Brasseur’s departure was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
