(b) Resignation of Directors.

 

On October 23, 2025, Natasha Cornstein resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Cantor Equity Partners III, Inc. (the “Company”). Prior to her resignation, Ms. Cornstein served as a member of each of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of the Company. Ms. Cornstein’s decision to resign from the Board was not due to any dispute or disagreement with the Company, or on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
