How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

non-GAAP financial measures financial
"financial measures that exclude: (i) share based compensation expenses"
Non-GAAP financial measures are numbers companies use to show their financial performance that exclude certain expenses or income. They help investors see how the company might perform without one-time costs or other unusual items, giving a different perspective from official reports. However, since they can be adjusted, they don’t always tell the full story and should be looked at alongside standard financial figures.
Advanced Interconnect Packaging technical
"including Advanced Interconnect Packaging, Heterogeneous Integration"
Advanced interconnect packaging is the set of modern techniques used to join semiconductor chips and components closely together so they share power, data paths and signal routes more efficiently than traditional circuit boards. Think of it like stacking and wiring the floors of a high-rise so elevators and pipes are shorter and faster; for investors, it affects product performance, power use, manufacturing complexity and cost, which influence competitiveness and profit margins.
Heterogeneous Integration technical
"Advanced Interconnect Packaging, Heterogeneous Integration, Memory and HBM"
Heterogeneous integration is the practice of combining different types of electronic components — such as processors, memory, sensors and specialized chips — into a single package or tightly linked module, rather than building everything on one uniform chip. Like putting varied ingredients into one compact lunchbox to save space and improve function, it matters to investors because it can boost product performance, lower power use, shorten development time and create competitive or cost advantages that affect revenue and margins.
HBM technical
"Heterogeneous Integration, Memory and HBM"
metrology technical
"inspection and metrology equipment for the semiconductor industry"
Metrology is the science and practice of making measurements accurate, consistent and traceable so numbers about size, weight, temperature or other properties mean the same thing everywhere. For investors it matters because reliable measurement underpins product quality, regulatory compliance and manufacturing efficiency—like using a well-calibrated ruler so every part fits—reducing recalls, legal risk and wasted costs that can affect a company’s earnings and reputation.
