Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Capstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”)
is furnishing this Current Report on Form 8-K in connection with the disclosure of information regarding the Company’s status in
seeking development or acquisition of a new business line. In an October 15, 2025 response to an inquiry from a shareholder of the Company,
the Company Chairman confirmed that there was no change in the status of those development or acquisition efforts by the Company as of
October 15, 2025.
