Here are the DEF 14A proxy statements from Chain Bridge I UTS (CBGGF) in our archive over the last 12 months, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
A DEF 14A covers the proxy statement, with executive pay and the shareholder votes, so if you follow CBGGF and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full CBGGF filings page.
Chain Bridge I (CBGGF) is asking shareholders to approve a charter amendment extending its initial business-combination deadline from November 15, 2026 to November 15, 2027. The vote is set for November 2, 2026. A separate adjournment proposal would be presented only if needed because of insufficient votes or otherwise in connection with the amendment.
If approved, holders of eligible, non-converted Public Shares may redeem for their pro rata portion of the Trust Account. The estimated redemption value was approximately $12.65 per share on September 24, 2026, compared with the Class A Ordinary Shares’ last reported closing price of $10.31 that day. Approximately $792,065 remained in the Trust Account on that date; Chain Bridge says it cannot predict the post-redemption balance and it may be only a small fraction of that amount.
The Board recommends voting FOR both proposals. The amendment requires at least two-thirds of Ordinary Shares present or represented by proxy and entitled to vote that are cast; a quorum requires one-third of outstanding Ordinary Shares. Fulton AC, CBG, CB Co-Investment and certain current and former directors and officers will vote for both proposals under their letter agreement.
