(a)	Amount beneficially owned: As of the close of business on December 31, 2025, each of the Reporting Persons may have been deemed to have beneficial ownership of 605,011 shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of a warrant held by Intracoastal (the "Intracoastal Warrant"), and all such shares of Common Stock represent beneficial ownership of approximately 7.3% of the Common Stock, based on (1) 7,711,663 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of December 29, 2025, as reported by the Issuer, plus (2) 605,011 shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Intracoastal Warrant.
