CHS Inc. reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $39.2 billion and net income attributable to CHS of $1.1 billion, compared with $35.5 billion and $597.9 million, respectively, in fiscal 2025. Net cash from operating activities was $1.584 billion, versus $635.8 million.
Energy income before taxes rose to $554.6 million from a $19.0 million loss, with higher refining margins and production contributing. Grains income before taxes increased to $127.4 million from $44.0 million. Agronomy income before taxes was $354.6 million, down from $375.3 million, as lower crop nutrient and crop protection volumes and margins offset strong CF Nitrogen results. Corporate and Services income before taxes fell to $92.1 million from $214.5 million.
Higher RIN prices and increased renewable volume obligations weighed on earnings. CHS expects fiscal 2027 capital expenditures of approximately $850.8 million, including amounts for its recently announced soybean processing facility in Evansville, Wisconsin.
