On June 27, 2025, Civista Bancshares, Inc. issued a press release announcing it plans to release second quarter 2025 financial results prior to market open on July 24, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Its primary subsidiary, Civista Bank, was founded in 1884 and provides full-service banking, commercial lending, mortgage, and wealth management services.
