On January 12, 2026, ClearPoint Neuro, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary, unaudited financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
