Insights

13F shows a modest, concentrated institutional holding snapshot.

The report lists 15 holdings with a combined value of $235,152,565 as of 03/31/2026, indicating the manager's disclosed long positions on that quarter-end. This is a static disclosure of holdings; it does not itself signal trading intent.

Subsequent filings may show changes; compare later 13F reports to track position shifts and portfolio turnover.

Form 13F is a regulatory disclosure of long positions, not an affirmation of accuracy by the SEC.

The filing includes a standard representation about shared investment discretion and disclaimers regarding beneficial ownership. The signature block certifies accuracy under the reporting manager's authorization.

Review future amendments for restatements or added holdings entries if reconciliation is needed.

"The filing is a Form 13F holdings report covering institutional positions"
A Form 13F is a quarterly filing that large investment managers must submit to disclose their holdings in publicly traded stocks and certain other securities. It acts like a peek into the portfolios of big investors, helping other market participants see what large players are buying or selling and offering clues about investment trends, crowded trades, and potential market impact.

"Assets reported herein are described as having shared investment discretion among Loews Corporation, CNA Financial Corporation"
beneficially owned regulatory
"Each entity specifically disclaims ownership of any securities in this report which are not beneficially owned by that entity"
Beneficially owned describes securities or assets where a person has the economic rights and control—such as the right to receive dividends and to direct voting—even if legal title is held in another name. Think of it like having the keys and using a car that’s registered to someone else: you get the benefits and make decisions. Investors care because beneficial ownership reveals who truly controls value and voting power, affecting corporate decisions and takeover dynamics.
