Every 10-Q that Traeger, Inc. (COOK) has filed with the SEC in the last 24 months is listed below, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
A 10-Q covers the quarterly report filed between annual reports, so if you follow COOK and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full COOK filings page.
Traeger, Inc. reported softer results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue fell 17.4% to $120.2 million, driven by lower sales of grills, consumables and accessories, including a sharp decline in direct-to-consumer sales after exiting most Traeger-operated DTC commerce. Gross margin ticked up to 39.5%, helped by tariff refunds, trade-spend timing and more direct-import sales, partly offset by mix shift to lower-priced grills.
Operating expenses declined meaningfully, mainly from Project Gravity cost actions in sales, marketing and overhead, reducing the operating loss to $1.7 million from $6.1 million a year earlier. However, net loss widened slightly to $8.6 million, as prior-year other income benefited from employee retention tax credits. For the first half, revenue dropped 25.8% to $214.2 million, while net loss improved to $5.6 million from $8.2 million.
Cash and cash equivalents increased to $59.7 million, supported by strong operating cash flow of $45.0 million and tariff refunds, while debt under the First Lien Term Loan Facility remained high at $403.2 million. Project Gravity is expected to deliver $64–$70 million of annual run-rate savings. The company executed a 1-for-50 reverse stock split in March 2026 and continues to face macro and tariff-related uncertainty, along with heavy reliance on a few major U.S. retailers.
Traeger, Inc. returned to profitability in Q1 2026 but on sharply lower sales and significant one-time benefits. Revenue fell 34.3% to $94.1 million, driven by a 45.4% drop in grill revenue as prior-year product launches, tariff-driven advance orders, and channel optimization under Project Gravity reduced volumes and average selling prices.
Despite this, Traeger reported net income of $2.9 million, or $1.08 per share (post 1-for-50 reverse split), versus a $0.8 million loss a year earlier. Gross margin improved to 45.7% from 41.5%, largely because $12.4 million of IEEPA tariff refunds were recorded in cost of revenue and another $3.2 million in inventory, and the company recognized a further $11.6 million Employee Retention Tax Credit in other income.
Operating expenses declined meaningfully as Project Gravity cost actions took hold; sales and marketing fell 43.1% and general and administrative 22.4%, even after $3.2 million of restructuring costs. Cash flow from operations swung to an inflow of $17.9 million from an outflow of $20.8 million, lifting cash to $33.7 million. Traeger still carries $403.3 million of term loan debt but ended the quarter with undrawn revolver and receivables facilities.
Traeger, Inc. (COOK) reported a wider Q3 loss driven by a non‑cash goodwill write‑down and restructuring costs. Revenue was $125.4 million, up 2.7% year over year, but gross profit fell to $48.5 million. The company recorded a $74.7 million goodwill impairment following a sustained stock price decline and booked $6.2 million of restructuring and other costs tied to its multi‑step optimization plan.
Net loss was $89.8 million (−$0.67 per share) versus a $19.8 million loss a year ago. For the first nine months, revenue was $414.2 million compared to $435.4 million last year, with a net loss of $98.0 million. Operating cash flow for the nine months was $5.0 million. Cash and equivalents were $5.9 million, and the term loan balance was $403.4 million. The revolving credit facility was amended on August 5, 2025, reduced to $112.5 million and split into tranches maturing in 2026 and 2027; the company was in covenant compliance. Customer concentration remained high, with three major U.S. retailers accounting for 32%, 16%, and 7% of Q3 sales.
