On February 3, 2026, Corteva, Inc. (the "Company") announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release and financial statement schedules are furnished herewith on Form 8-K as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
