Form 8-Ks report specified material events, and this filing identifies the results information as furnished under Item 2.02 rather than filed for Section 18 liability purposes.

The reported common share base was 26,641,597 shares on June 30, 2026, compared with 26,311,607 on December 31, 2025; the filing provides no transaction-level explanation for that change.

Medicare Advantage coverage policy medical
"Humana issued a Medicare Advantage coverage policy for Barostim therapy"
Category I CPT codes medical
"the transition to Category I CPT codes and CMS approval"
Category I CPT codes are standardized numeric labels used by doctors and hospitals to describe common medical procedures and services for billing and insurance purposes. Think of them like a universal price tag and barcode for a medical service: having a Category I code makes it easier for providers to bill insurers and for payers to decide coverage, which directly affects how reliably and quickly a procedure generates revenue and is adopted across the health system.
Category B IDE coverage medical
"CMS approval of Category B IDE coverage for BENEFIT-HF patients"
Breakthrough Device designation medical
"Barostim received the FDA Breakthrough Device designation"
A breakthrough device designation is a regulatory program that gives promising medical devices for serious or life‑threatening conditions priority support and faster review from a health authority (e.g., the U.S. FDA). Think of it as a “fast lane” or VIP pass through development and review: it can shorten time to market, lower regulatory uncertainty, and boost a company’s commercial prospects — but it is not an approval by itself.
neuromodulation medical
"commercializing innovative neuromodulation solutions for patients with cardiovascular diseases"
Neuromodulation is the use of devices or targeted treatments to change how nerves or brain circuits send signals, much like adjusting the volume or tuning on an audio system to alter what you hear. For investors, it matters because these therapies can treat chronic conditions (pain, movement disorders, depression) where existing medicines fall short, creating potential markets, regulatory milestones, and durable revenue streams if technologies prove safe and effective.

Recent Highlights

·Total revenue for the second quarter of 2026 was $15.7 million, an increase of approximately 16% over the prior year quarter

·U.S. revenue for the second quarter of 2026 was $14.8 million, an increase of 21% over the prior year quarter

·Active implanting centers in the U.S. grew to 258 as of June 30, 2026, as compared to 240 as of June 30, 2025

·Humana issued a Medicare Advantage coverage policy, effective May 1, 2026 for Barostim therapy, which is the first coverage policy of its kind for Barostim

"We are pleased with the strong revenue growth and margin performance in the second quarter along with the reimbursement progress we made, including the new Medicare Advantage coverage policy from Humana. However, we are not satisfied with our updated outlook for the balance of the year, driven by fewer sales territories than anticipated, lower sales force productivity and a prolonged challenge with one of our largest payers,” said Kevin Hykes, President and Chief Executive Officer of CVRx. “We are taking direct action to address these headwinds, and our confidence in the long-term fundamentals of this business remains high, supported by strong growth observed in our most stable regions and encouraging early progress on the BENEFIT-HF trial and our broader clinical and reimbursement strategies."

Second Quarter 2026 Financial and Operating Results

Revenue was $15.7 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, an increase of $2.1 million, or 16%, over the three months ended June 30, 2025.

Revenue generated in the U.S. was $14.8 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, an increase of $2.5 million, or 21%, over the three months ended June 30, 2025. Revenue units in the U.S. totaled 466 and 391 for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. The increases were primarily driven by continued growth in the U.S. HF business as a result of the expansion into new sales territories, new accounts, and increased physician and patient awareness of Barostim.

As of June 30, 2026, the Company had a total of 258 active implanting centers in the U.S., as compared to 240 as of June 30, 2025. Active implanting centers are customers that have completed at least one commercial HF implant in the last 12 months. As of June 30, 2026, the number of sales territories in the U.S. is 56 as compared to 47 sales territories as of June 30, 2025.
