Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 3, 2026, CaliberCos Inc. (the “Company” or “Caliber”) posted on its website a letter from its Chief Executive Officer, Chris Loeffler, addressed to the Company’s shareholders and partners, which includes his reflections on the Company’s performance in 2025 and his outlook for 2026.
A copy of the letter is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby furnished pursuant to this Item 7.01.
