Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(c) On October 27, 2025, Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dime Community Bank (the “Bank”) announced that Conrad Gunther will be retiring at the end of the year with Thomas X. Geisel assuming Mr. Gunther’s responsibilities as Chief Commercial Officer. Further, Avi Reddy, currently Chief Financial Officer, will take on the additional title of Chief Operating Officer.
