Requisite Consents regulatory
"received consents from holders of at least a majority"
Requisite consents are the approvals, permissions, or waivers that a company must obtain from third parties—such as regulators, lenders, customers, landlords, or business partners—before a transaction or change can proceed. They matter to investors because missing or delayed consents can block deals, slow integration, or create legal and financial uncertainty; like needing several keys to open a locked door, the transaction can't move forward until each required key is provided.
supplemental indentures regulatory
"execute and deliver supplemental indentures"
Supplemental indentures are formal amendments to the original contract that governs a bond or other debt, changing terms such as repayment schedule, interest, collateral, or borrower promises. They matter to investors because they can increase or reduce the risk and value of a security—like updating a rental agreement for new rules—so investors need to know whether protections were weakened, strengthened, or left unchanged.
Early Participation Premium financial
"such $50 principal amount and $1.00 in cash per $1,000"
accrued and unpaid interest financial
"receive accrued and unpaid interest on their accepted Beazer Notes"
Accrued and unpaid interest is the interest that has built up on a loan or debt but hasn't been paid yet. It's like owing your friend money for a favor over time—you're expected to pay it later, even though you haven't paid it yet. This matters because it shows how much you owe beyond the original amount borrowed.
