Insights

Routine 8‑K furnishing an earnings press release; neutral impact.

This is an administrative disclosure: DJT furnished, rather than filed, its press release for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 under Item 2.02. Furnished status limits Section 18 liability and signals no new binding commitments within the 8‑K itself.

The filing also describes Yorkville Acquisition Corp.’s intent to file a Form S‑4 for a proposed business combination, alongside standard forward‑looking statement cautions and no-offer language. Any transaction specifics would come from the S‑4 and related definitive materials, not this notice.
