On August 20, 2025, Deluxe Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K announcing the action by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) on August 20, 2025 to appoint Michelle T. Collins as an independent member of the Board, effective August 20, 2025 and a member of the Company’s Audit and Finance Committee. At the time of her appointment, the Board had not determined on which second committee Ms. Collins would serve. This Form 8-K/A is being filed for the purpose of providing this information.

On October 29, 2025, the Board appointed Ms. Collins to the Compensation and Talent Committee.
