On August 13, 2025, Doximity determined that Jennifer Chaloemtiarana, its General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer, will step down from those roles effective August 29, 2025. John Vaughan will assume all three positions on the same date. Ms. Chaloemtiarana will remain employed with the company in an advisory capacity through November 17, 2025, after which she will receive the post-employment payments and benefits outlined in her August 10, 2020 offer letter, previously filed on August 8, 2023 with Doximity’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q.
