October 7, 2025, DT Cloud Star Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) called to order its annual general meeting of shareholders
(the “Annual Meeting”) for the purpose of approving the proposals set forth in the Company’s definitive proxy statement
filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 22, 2025. The Annual Meeting was adjourned until 10:00 AM Eastern Time
on October 15, 2025, without any business being conducted other than the approval of the proposal to adjourn the Annual Meeting. If you
would like to change or revoke your prior vote on any proposal, please submit your votes before 11:59 pm ET October 14, 2025.
