Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 7, 2025, Datavault AI Inc. (the “Company”)
filed a complaint against Wolfpack Research LLC and its owner, Dan David (“Wolfpack Defendants”), in the United States District
Court for the Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division (the “Complaint”). The Complaint alleges several causes of action
against Wolfpack Defendants, including defamation, false light, tortious interference and unjust enrichment. The Company is seeking declaratory
relief, monetary damages, attorneys’ fees and costs and such other relief that the court deems proper and intends to vigorously
pursue its claims in this litigation.
The foregoing is a summary of the Complaint and does not purport to

On November 10, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing
