On January 12, 2026, Destination XL Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing holiday sales for the nine weeks ended January 3, 2026. The press release also references the Company's announcement on December 11, 2025 that the Company had entered into a definitive agreement to combine with FBB Holdings I, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“FBB” or “FullBeauty”) (the “Merger”). A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
