Ecopetrol S.A. (BVC: ECOPETROL; NYSE: EC) announces that, in accordance with External Circular 031 of 2021 issued by the Superintendency of Finance of Colombia, it has

published the chapter for 2025 on practices, policies, processes and indicators related to social and environmental issues, including climate. The published chapter can be consulted in Spanish on Ecopetrol’s website.
