Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 22, 2025, ECD Automotive Design,
Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that Nasdaq Hearings Panel granted the Company’s request to
continue its listing on The Nasdaq Stock Market (the “Press Release”). On September 25, 2025, the Company, issued a press
release to correct an error in the Press Release (the “Corrected Release”). Copies of the Press Release and the Corrected
Release are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2.
