On July 1, 2026, Employers Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Initial 8-K”) announcing that, on June 25, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) elected Stephanie C. Bush as a member of the Board, with her term of service commencing on July 1, 2026. At the time of her election, the Board had not yet appointed Ms. Bush to any of its committees.
The Initial 8-K is hereby amended solely to report that, on July 29, 2026, the Board appointed Ms. Bush to serve on its Audit, Finance and Investment Committee and Risk Management, Technology and Innovation Committee, with each appointment effective as of that date.
