On October 28, 2025, the Board of Directors of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (referred to herein as “we,” “us,” and “our”) declared a fourth quarter 2025 dividend of $0.515 per common share, representing, on an annualized basis, a dividend of $2.06 per common share. The dividend will be paid on January 9, 2026 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 26, 2025.
