Regulation FD Disclosure regulatory
"The information disclosed in Item 2.02 above is incorporated into this Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure."
Regulation FD disclosure requires public companies to share important, market-moving information with everyone at the same time instead of tipping off analysts or large investors first. Think of it as making sure all players on a field hear the same announcement simultaneously; that fairness helps investors trust that stock prices reflect the same information and reduces the risk of sudden, unfair trading advantages or regulatory penalties for selective leaks.
forward-looking statements regulatory
"This press release contains forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995."
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.
cGMP technical
"Elite operates a cGMP and DEA-registered research, development, and manufacturing facility in Northvale, NJ."
cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) are government-enforced quality standards that manufacturers must follow to ensure drugs, medical devices, and related products are made consistently, safely, and meet specified quality tests. For investors, cGMP compliance is like a restaurant passing health inspections: it reduces the risk of product recalls, regulatory fines, or production stoppages that can hurt revenue and company value, and it supports market access and long-term trust.
DEA-registered regulatory
"Elite operates a cGMP and DEA-registered research, development, and manufacturing facility in Northvale, NJ."
Consolidated revenues $32.4 million Decreased by $7.9 million or approximately 19.5% versus prior-year quarter
Income from operations $7.5 million Decreased by $14.2 million or approximately 65% versus prior-year quarter
Net income attributable to common shareholders $5.9 million Year-over-year change not quantified beyond this amount

Northvale, NJ – August 13, 2026: Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Elite” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: ELTP), a specialty pharmaceutical company developing niche generic products, announced results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 ended June 30, 2026 (“First Quarter”).

Consolidated revenues for the three-month period ending June 30, 2026, were $32.4 million, a decrease of $7.9 million or approximately 19.5% as compared to the same period of the prior fiscal year in which Elite had the largest quarterly revenue in its history.
