On February 3, 2026, Enlivex Therapeutics Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (the “Company”), held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (the “Meeting”). At the Meeting, the shareholders voted on and approved (among other things) a proposal to change the Company’s name to “Enlivex Ltd.” or to such other name containing the word “Enlivex” as may be determined by the Company’s management and approved by the Israeli Registrar of Companies. On February 10, 2026, the Registrar of Companies in Israel issued a Certificate of Change of Name effecting the Company’s name change to Enlivex Ltd. (the “Certificate”).
