Insights

$277M in new turret and munitions contracts modestly strengthens Elbit’s backlog.

Elbit Systems secured contracts totaling $277 million for 30mm turrets and munitions from an international customer, to be delivered over three years. The focus on the UT30 MK2 turret underscores continuing demand for modular, high‑firepower solutions for armored personnel carriers.

These awards add to an already substantial order book, alongside an order backlog of $25.2 billion as of the three months ended September 30, 2025. Relative to that backlog and quarterly revenues of $1,922 million, the contracts appear incrementally positive rather than transformative.

The contracts support multi‑year revenue visibility in the land systems segment, but overall financial impact will depend on execution over the three‑year term and any follow‑on orders disclosed in future company communications.
