5.02(e) Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On
March 11, 2026, Earth Science Tech, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”) mutually agreed to renew the Employment Agreements
for Ernesto L. Flores, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Christopher A. Rose, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), for an additional one-year
term. The original Employment Agreements for both CFO and CTO were entered into on March 11, 2025, and previously disclosed on the Form
8-K filed on March 19, 2025. All other material terms and conditions of the respective Employment Agreements remain unchanged and in
full force and effect.
