How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

"under a carriage agreement that will terminate at closing"
A carriage agreement is a contract that lets one business distribute another’s content or service—such as a TV channel, streaming feed, or bundled service—on its platform or network. For investors, it matters because these deals determine how widely a product reaches customers, what fees or revenue splits each side gets, and whether the arrangement is exclusive; think of it like a store agreeing to stock a brand and deciding how much shelf space and payment they each get.
programmatic advertising technical
"programmatic advertising technology and services"
Programmatic advertising is the automated buying and selling of digital ad space using software and data to match ads to specific audiences in real time, like an electronic auction where advertisers bid for attention and publishers sell ad slots. It matters to investors because it shapes how efficiently a company can turn user attention into predictable revenue, affects margins and growth potential, and brings data-privacy and platform-quality risks that can influence future earnings.
