On November 12, 2025, Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release, and consolidated financial statements and the management’s discussion and analysis announcing results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025, which are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Report of Foreign Issuer on Form 6-K (this “Report”).
