(the “Company”) issued a press release stating the Company has declared a quarterly cash dividend for the Company’s shares of Class A common stock (“Class A Common Stock”). The dividend for each share of Class A Common Stock will be $0.08 per share payable to holders of Class A Common Stock of record as of the close of business on February 13, 2026 and will be paid on February 25, 2026. The Company’s operating subsidiary, Flowco MergeCo LLC, will also make a corresponding distribution of $0.08 per unit to holders of its common units.
